Do I need a card to start?
No. Try PolyshOS for 14 days without a credit card. A paid subscription begins only when you choose one. Taking card payments from clients requires separate payment setup.
When do my 14 days begin?
Your trial begins after you confirm your email and create your studio. Creating an account alone does not start the clock.
What should I try first?
Add a service and your working hours, then preview your studio’s booking page. Explore how appointments, client notes, and checkout fit together before moving your daily work over.
Can I bring my client list?
You can import client details from a CSV in the web workspace. Appointment history, memberships, and other records need separate planning. Contact hello@polyshos.com to discuss what you need to bring over.
Can I use my iPhone or iPad?
Start with the web workspace. The native iPhone and iPad app is available through TestFlight. Email hello@polyshos.com for an invitation. Website editing and client CSV import are on the web.
What happens when my trial ends?
Choose Solo at $29/month or Studio at $59/month to keep operating. If you do not subscribe, studio operations pause. There is no automatic subscription charge. Processing fees are separate.
Will PolyshOS find new clients for me?
PolyshOS gives your studio its own booking page to share with clients and on your existing channels. It does not currently offer a client discovery marketplace.
What if my team has more than nine professionals?
Email hello@polyshos.com before choosing a plan so we can discuss your studio’s needs and access.
