Effective September 19, 2026. Tangents LLC operates the PolyshOS appointment notification program for participating studios. These terms apply when a customer chooses to receive appointment texts through a studio's PolyshOS booking form.
What we send
When you check the booking box, the studio may send appointment confirmations, time changes, cancellations, and reminders to the number you provide. Messages are transactional and relate only to appointments with that studio. We do not send marketing or third-party promotional messages. Message frequency varies with your appointments and is typically no more than four messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent
I agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, and cancellations by text from this studio. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to book.
The SMS checkbox is unchecked by default and requires a separate, affirmative choice. Consent is not required to book or purchase services. If you leave it unchecked, you may still receive email when the studio sends it.
Mobile numbers, SMS consent records, and opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to operate PolyshOS and deliver the appointment messages requested by the customer. Consent is specific to the studio the customer selected and is not transferable to another studio. Neither Tangents LLC nor a studio may use that consent to send messages for a different business.
STOP, HELP, START
- Reply STOP to opt out of appointment texts from that studio.
- Reply HELP for assistance or email hello@polyshos.com.
- Reply START does not turn texts back on by itself. Opt in again on a booking form.
Who sends
Each participating studio is the sender of messages to its own customers and obtains consent directly from those customers. PolyshOS, operated by Tangents LLC, supplies the software and delivery infrastructure as the studio's service provider and acts only on that studio's instructions. Texts identify the participating studio. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
